The unique challenge to this project was the removal of the existing slate roofing and to find an existing shingle product which best captures the essence of the residence with the existing copper accessories. This was achieve using a high end GAF Camelot Ultra Shingle.
We removed the existing modified membrane leaving the poured zonolite deck in place. We installed a new modified membrane over the entire surface of the roof with an aluminum coating to help reflect the UV Rays of the sun. We installed roof drain inserts to help achieve better water drainage from the roof while keeping leaves and debris from blocking the flow of water.
